Passport
All participants for short term missions must have a current passport booklet, that is not set to expire within 6 months of trip date. Passport cards are not acceptable for travel except for Mexico. Application for a new passport can take 6-8 weeks, unless expediting fees are paid, so don’t delay in applying if you need a passport.
Trip Application
All participants must submit a trip application form upon commitment to the trip with a $100 deposit payable to Matrix Ministries. This is tax deductible.
Fund Raising
We encourage everyone to raise funds for their trip. This allows others to be a part of your mission and pray for you throughout the process.
