What does Matrix Ministries require to go on a trip?
- Current passport booklet (card not accepted in these countries)
- Completed trip application
Which vaccinations do I need?
Vaccines for Costa Rica:
- Tetanus
Vaccines for Haiti:
- Tetanus
- Typhoid
- Hepatitis A & B
- Malaria
You may also want to ask your doctor for prescription antibiotic such as:
- Cipro, Bactrim or Flagyl to take along just in case you might need it
- Prescription for any medicines you may need
Are there age requirements?
For most trips we require participants to be 16 yrs or older. Family and youth trips will be indicated in the description.
I’ve never been on a mission trip before. Will I feel qualified?
Absolutely! We’re just people helping people and sharing the love of Christ. Trip leaders will guide you throughout the trip.
